ANNUAL FARIBAULT INVITATIONAL

North Alexander Park (near the grandstand)
RACE TIMES:
4:55 Varsity Girls
4000m, limit 7 runners/team
5:20 Varsity Boys
5000m, limit 7 runners/team
5:50 JV Girls
4000m, limit 15 runners/team
6:40 Awards
ELIGIBILITY: All races are open to runners in grades
7-12. 6th graders are not allowed to
compete in any races.
***Please note there is a football game
starting at 7 pm at Alexander Park. We will have an abbreviated award ceremony
for the varsity races only immediately after the conclusion of the JV Boys race.
Please be mindful of others as you exit the park***
TIMING:
Again this year we will be timing all races
with a chip timing system. Each
runner will receive a chip, which will need to be attached to his or her shoe.
Please have the runner have their own way to secure their chip if running
in footwear without laces.
AWARDS:
Varsity Team Trophy will be
given to the 1st place varsity teams.
Medals to 1st-15th for Varsity and JV, and 1st
-10th for C races.

DIRECTIONS: Busses must enter the fairgrounds on
the North side of the park. The
start and finish is near the fairgrounds grandstand. Team camps must be set up
to the east of the football field. Remember NO glass containers are
allowed in the park.

Mr. Jack Moran from RACEBERRY JAM will again be doing the
results for the Faribault Invitational.
Everything will be done via computerized scoring.
We are asking coaches to enter your rosters on the Raceberry Jam website
listed below. ALL ROSTERS SHOULD
BE ENTERED BY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1st.
Do NOT fax us your roster, it is the coaches
responsibility to enter this information on Raceberry Jam.
