Warm-Up Routine: 1 min running, 12 Push-Ups, 15 Sit-Ups, 12 Burpees

Lesson: Proper Over-hand Throwing Review.  Place the ball or object in the proper throwing had.  Bring the throwing arm and ball back behind the head.  Step forwards with the leg/foot that is on the opposite side of the body then the arm you are throwing with.  Release the ball as your arm comes forwards and point your throwing hand at your target.
